Taisan
The starndard PUR laminating line consists of dust collector, conveyor roller, gluing machine, heating tunnel and laminating machine. The large board passes through the front conveyor roller, while the dust collector dusts the big board and enters the gluing unit.

The products made by Taisan PUR veneer production line are environmentally friendly, with high adhesion, no orange peel on high glossy boards, smooth and flat surface without particles and bubbles, and high flatness.

The production line can meet many decorate material laminating , such as : PET, PETG, PP, PVC CPL.HPL,Acrylic,aluminum foil ,SPC etc.
The normal production speed of the whole line is about 10-15m/min, with an output of alabout 1500-2000 large boards per day. whole line need about 4-5 workers.
The above laminating process is highly efficient, cost saving and waste free, the amount of glue used per board is about 6RMB/surface, PET film is about 15RMB/sheet, labour cost is about 3RMB/sheet. total cost is about 24RMB.
