The first 7*9 Feet large board excimer matt production line of Taisan machinery

    In 2021, Tai Shang Machinery provided Huizhou Youwei Youjia with a 4*8 feet UV intelligent multifunctional production line, which started the trend of super skin matte and achieved great success. In May 2022, in Hubei Jingzhou Wanhua Harvest Board Industrial Park, Tai Shang Machinery produced two more 4*8 feet excimer matt and high gloss production lines for Youwei Youjia, as well as the first 7*9 feet large board excimer matt production line in China, with all three lines successfully landing and going into production at the same time.

    The skin feeling panels have been comprehensively upgraded and refreshed in terms of design, technology and performance dimensions. Compared to film pressed skin feel, excimer matting panels are more matt, more environmentally friendly and more stylish. Although still in the UV category, paramolecular panels are panels that adopt excimer matt technology ,using the nanometer lamps to irradiate the paint, causing a physical change at the nano level to achieve a super matt skin effect.

     Taisan excimer matting machine, using excimer curing technology + nano-technology application, forming a super fine surface layer on the coating surface, strong matting, soft and wear-resistant, Italian-style light luxury, so that panel manufacturers can easily do high-end custom panels. The panels treated by the excimer skin sensing machine have the advantages of high hardness, not easily scratched, minor scratches can be repaired by heat, yellowing resistance, stain resistance, high temperature resistance, fingerprint resistance and strong adhesion.

     The 7*9 feet wide panel UV production requires a very high degree of precision for the painting production equipment. This is the first 7*9 large board skin sensing line in China. All the machines on the production line are made of electrical parts from internationally renowned brands, and the machine frames are made of thickened steel and thickened square tubes, which are strong and durable. The rollers on the coating machine are all made of silicone imported from Japan for better wear resistance. The rollers are all controlled by independent motors and independent frequency converters for more accurate processing. The dryer uses an electronic light source with infinitely free energy adjustment from 0-100%, extending the life of the lamp and saving energy at the same time. The quasi-split line is not only equipped with a complete UV roller coating process, but also with a repetitive film press and a super quasi-molecular skin sensing machine, which can switch between high gloss, skin sensing, super matt and 3D textures at will.  The repetitive film press is not only for highlighting and skin, but also for 3D textures and printing transfers. The film can be recycled, one film can be reused to produce 800-1000 sheets, which greatly reduces the cost. The Taisan Excimer matiing Machine uses imported nano light sources and does not need to be filled with nitrogen, so it is more environmentally friendly and less costly. The surface of the coating treated by the excimer matting machine can be super smooth like a baby's skin, quick to eliminate fingerprints, and can be repaired, and the mattness can be 1-3 degrees. The line is intelligently controlled by Taisan's intelligent control system, with each individual machine equipped with an independent PLC and touch screen, which can be individually debugged and controlled. The whole line of equipment can be intelligently controlled in line, realising the whole line of general control operation, mobile phone remote operation, data extraction and other intelligent equipment functions.
