This machine is designed for the product which after coating by the UV paint. Through this machine with the UV lamp to dry the UV material.
Working principle：
adopt imported high mercury UV lamp and reflector plate, ultraviolet drying. this UV curing machie equips 2 mercury lamps.
Coating advantage：
Increased hardness of painted products surface, UV paint instantly drying ,greatly reduce the time of coating process.

UV curing machine details:
1. With smart power management. Reduces the consumption and optimizes the regulation increasing the stability and response speed of the lamp.
2. With smart stand by mode. The power cooling system detects the presence of panels in the line. If the line is empty, the stand by mode with automatically activated. This allows to achieve up to 80% of energy savings. When it necessary, the system return to the normal working conditions immediately without the need of stabilisation times.
3. The UV dryer can be with mercury and gallium lamp.
