1. This machine is specially used to spray sealer, stain, primer coating , top coating on work pieces to produce kitchen cabinet, wood doors, bathroom furniture, panel furniture, flooring and profile work pieces, etc. It can spray not only for flat workpiece, but also can spray for curved ,irregular products.

2.  This machine also can spray UV ,PU, waterbased paint, also can spray the water based PVA glue to make the PVC laminating door, or furniture.

3.  This machine is multi-purpose using, can be used in furniture industry, door industry, decorative industry and other industry.

4.   This machine is just need 2-4 workers, to load the work piece, and discharge the painted work piece. Can spray about 1200-1600 square meters of panels per day(8 working hours). And can spray 300-400 doors per day (8 working hours), The conveying speed can be from 0-5m/min adjustable.

5.   This machine is equipped with infrared curtain scanning system, can measure the size of work piece automatically, and then the PLC can control the spray area of the spray gun, and let the spray gun only spray during the work piece pass time. This ensures a milietric precision on determining the section which will be painted. It minimises the waste of paint.

6.   This machine is equipped with paint recovering system, can collect the paint sprayed on the belt conveyor, and some paint can be re-used. Such as UV paint.

7.   This machine is equipped with conveyor belt cleaning & drying system, after cleaning, the conveyor belt is very clean.It won’t smear the back of the work piece.

8.   This machine is equipped with separate spraying room, and the air inlet and exhausting system, and the air filtering system. The air in the spraying room is very clean, almost no dust in it. Can make sure the paint spraying quality. Fresh air can be continuously pressed into the spraying room. And waste air is continuously exhaust out of the workshop. There is no paint mist in the workshop. And supply a good environment for workers.

9.   All the electronic elements are adopted world famous brand, such as the pump and spray gun are from Kremlin or wagner,  Siemens motor, Schneider electricity parts, the quality is good. And easily found the spare parts in market of each country for quick substitute .

10.   The work capacity of this machine is equal to 4 painting workers+8 assisting workers, can save much labor, and improve the painting efficiency greatly.

11.   Machine can continuously works for 24 hours, this will be a big advantage while the order is large.
