How to operate the UV coating machine correctly

      How to operate UV coating equipment?  I believe we read the manual will operate, but, how to operate correctly?   A lot of people don't know how to do it right.  Today TAISAN give you production operations, how to correctly use UV drench machine.  

A: UV curtain machine boot precautions  

1. When using the machine, pay attention to not placing other sundry things on the conveyor belt, and strictly prohibit to use a sharp blade to scrape the dirty things on the conveyor belt.  

2. The inner layer of UV paint storage bucket can be filled with 8 points of paint, and the outer layer can be filled with water, and the temperature probe is inserted into the water.  Coating viscosity is too large to be heated, so set the temperature, the purpose is to keep the coating temperature between 40~50℃.  (Note that the temperature probe must be inserted into the water during this operation)  

3. Use UV special washing machine water to clean flat shaped movable knife and L shaped fixed knife and leakage stop scraper and two conveyor belt recycling tank and its upper road rolling, after cleaning, carefully back.  

4. After reloading, adjust the hand wheel of coating thickness adjustment to the scale 0, and then press the hand wheel of coating thickness pull rod as tight as possible, and turn the return pipe switch on fully open.  

5. Start the paint pump, adjust the pump speed to about 20HZ, observe whether the paint flow in the reflux pipe is stable, and then turn the reflux pipe half open.  Then adjust the pump speed for 16~18HZ, and then adjust the coating thickness to adjust the handwheel, clockwise adjustment, the coating outflow quantity becomes small, counterclockwise and vice versa.  

6. Open the conveyor belt switch, start the transmission belt, check whether the workpiece coating meets the requirements, can be formally run into the production process.  

7. After the operation is completed, the knife edge shall be cleaned with water of the SPECIAL UV washing machine and wiped with a clean cloth (if the machine is shut down for a long time, please apply anti-rust oil on the knife edge).
