The difference between soft touch board and high gloss board

The main difference between soft touch board and high gloss board is that soft touch board focus on the feel of the wood when we contact with it, while hihg gloss boards focus more on the aesthetics of the exterior; soft touch  boards are made to be more soundproof and maintain a comfortable texture, as compare with high gloss boards, which are not as good looking, but are also very elegant and will give people a comfortable feeling.

The soft touch board also has the advantage of preventing fingerprints from being left on the surface, but it is also non-sticky, more resistant to dirt and environmentally friendly; the high-gloss plate is more resistant to friction and dirt, while the high-gloss board does not easily leave scratches and is very resistant to high temperatures and acids and alkalis.

However, it is important to pay attention to the maintenance of both high-gloss and skin-sensitive panels when using them. Pay attention to the indoor environment and do not leave the room in a damp or dry state for a long time. If left in a humid environment for a long time, it will easily become mouldy or corroded.

However, long-term placement in a dry or hot environment will lead to cracks or dry skin on the glossy panels. Whether it is a glossy board or a skin board, there are also rules about where to place them, they should not be placed where the sun can shine directly, nor should the air conditioning blow directly against them.
