PU paint is a general term for all polyester coatings. Its film forming method is natural film forming without special process.  Its characteristics are: the paint film is thin is not very hard;  But it is remarkably good at adhesion (even a wood as oil-rich as teak, not to mention others);  Its luster is said, looks not very bright, can show the spinning and color of the floor very well;  The price is relatively higher than UV paint.  

UV paint: UV curing paint (UV code), its raw materials are generally cyclic resin, its characteristics are: film hardness is high, adhesion is not as good as PU paint, film thickness can reach 0.6cm(PU paint is 0.4cm).  High gloss (because it is divided into drizzle paint and roll paint, can be divided into matte, semi-matte and light).

From the perspective of production, it is a new generation of products.  However, to buy a buyer, the finished product of the floor already was in processing process, the solvent in making its lacquer face volatilized, no matter be to use the U V lacquer floor that smooth solidify craft produces, or the Pu lacquer floor that produces with traditional craft, won't make pollution harm to user.  

The difference between UV paint and PU paint, two kinds of paint are commonly used in the market.  

UV paint uses ultraviolet drying, suitable for the floor with lower grease.  UV paint it luminosity, smooth surface, high hardness, no special smell, processing speed.  But UV paint is instantaneous drying with ultraviolet radiation, can not penetrate into the wood inside, easy to fall off, especially in the wood natural expansion, shrinkage will produce surface paint cracking.
